Our class offerings

We have many different class types to suit a wide range of audiences. Our ‘Foundations’ classes are designed for Pilates beginners and our ‘Full Body’ classes offer a level up from that. We also offer more specialized classes for our expecting moms, men, and for those looking to focus on deep stretching and strength.

What to expect in class?
